In 2020, we set out to bring something new and exciting to our local community—a monthly event where roping enthusiasts could come together and compete on foot. What started as a simple idea quickly became a passion project that took on a life of its own. We never imagined how much this sport would grow or the incredible group of people it would bring together.

We hosted monthly competitions that drew more and more participants. From seasoned ropers to first-timers, everyone found a place in our tight-knit community. Over time, we realized that our sport had outgrown the tools available, and we saw an opportunity to innovate. That’s when OMeR the Catch Steer was born—a roping tool designed to enhance practice and improve performance, making the experience more authentic for ropers of all levels.

But we didn’t stop there—as our community grew, so did our offerings. We added a line of ropes tailored to meet the needs of our participants and launched roping lessons to help everyone from beginners to experienced ropers sharpen their skills.

Our dedication to promoting the sport extended beyond our events. We partnered with the local junior high to offer students opportunities to get involved, learn, and compete in this growing sport. We’re proud to provide the next generation with the tools, guidance, and community they need to thrive.
