Shipping Policy
Order processing times are separate from the shipping times seen at checkout. All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
If you are outside the United States and would like a product shipped to you, please reach out via sales@omrroping.com.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days (within US) or 30 days (International) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@omrroping.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Returns and Refunds
At One More Run (OMR), we strive to provide high-quality products and apparel to support your roping journey. We understand that occasional issues may arise, and we are here to help resolve them. Below is our policy for returns and exchanges related to defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
Defective or Damaged Goods (OMeR the Catch Steer)
If you receive a defective or damaged OMeR the Catch Steer, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To help us assess the issue promptly:
• Send an email to sales@omrroping.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
• Include clear photos of the damaged product, the packaging, and any affected parts.
*Damage to OMeR the Catch Steer caused by misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear is not covered under this policy.
Resolution Options for Damaged or Defective Items
For verified issues with OMeR the Catch Steer or apparel, we offer:
1. Replacement: We will send a replacement item at no additional cost.
2. Refund: If a replacement is not feasible, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Apparel Returns & Exchanges
For apparel, we accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags still attached.
2. Requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Email us at sales@omrroping.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange or return.
• For sizing exchanges, you may return the item, and we’ll ship the correct size at no additional charge.
Return Process
1. Upon approval of your return request, we will provide a Return Authorization and instructions for returning the item.
2. For defective or damaged items, or incorrect orders, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a prepaid return shipping label when applicable.
Exclusions
The following are not covered under this policy:
• Apparel that has been worn, washed, or damaged after use.
• Damage to OMeR the Catch Steer caused by misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear.
• Returns initiated after 48 hours for defective or damaged items (30 days for apparel) without prior authorization.
Missing Items
For any missing items in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will ship the missing item(s) immediately at no additional cost.

After receiving your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
